N.Y.’s Jane Hotel Ballroom to become members-only club

New York’s famed Jane Hotel Ballroom and Rooftop is being transformed into a members-only club by hotelier Jeff Klein. The hotel itself, which once housed survivors of the Titanic, will remain open while renovations are underway next year.
