The new owners of CoCo Key Water Resort at the Hotel ML in Mount Laurel Township, N.J., are planning to rebrand and reopen the resort, which it bought for $13 million in 2021. The water park is expected to reopen next year, while the hotel will operate at reduced guest capacity.
