New vision offered for San Jose, Calif., plaza

Affordable and senior housing, shops, restaurants and a hotel are all part of a new redevelopment plan for Cambrian Park Plaza in San Jose, Calif. The plans also include a plaza and preservation of a distinctive carousel sign.
