Norwegian moves cruises to Caribbean, Greek Isles

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is shifting its operations from US ports to begin cruises from the Greek Isles and the Caribbean in beginning in July. The company has appealed to the health authorities to allow US cruises to resume after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued new strict travel guidelines.
