Noted Milos dining group launches Athens hotel

The famed gourmet Greek restaurant chain Estiatorio Milos has added a hotel to its global presence, with chef Costas Spiliadis’ hometown of Athens as the location. Xenodocheio Milos is a joint venture of Spiliadis, Intra Athinaiki Co. and Dimos Stasinopoulos, CEO of luxury hotel management firm Epoque Collection.
