Omni rises in Tempe, Ariz., as state official fights on

Construction of an Omni Hotel near the Arizona State University campus in Tempe is continuing while Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s legal battle against public funding for the project stays alive. The Arizona Supreme Court ruled early this month that lower courts may rehear Brnovich’s arguments that the venture is unconstitutional and fails to benefit taxpayers.
