Park Hotels selling hotels in D.C., Calif.

Park Hotels & Resorts is selling a hotel in Washington, D.C., and another in San Diego, Ca., for gross consideration of $149 million. “The sale of these two hotels represents our on-going commitment to reduce net leverage and better position our portfolio for long-term, sustainable growth,” says Chairman and CEO Thomas Baltimore Jr.
