Parkwest purchases Bicycle Hotel & Casino in Calif.

Los Angeles County, Calif.’s Bicycle Hotel & Casino was purchased by an entity affiliated with Parkwest Casinos earlier this month for $102 million. The deal for the property, which will now be known as Parkwest Bicycle Casino, was one of the 20 largest real estate sales in the Los Angeles area in 2022.
