Passenger Experience Conference Envisions a Multi-Modal Future of Travel
The agenda for the annual Passenger Experience Conference has been revealed, promising a packed line-up of sessions on today’s cabin environment while presenting a vision for the multi-modal future.
The event’s plenary session will focus on building loyalty and emotional connections with passengers and will be followed by how airlines that bridge intermodal touchpoints on the passenger journey will dominate airport and hospitality, called ‘Debunking the Seamless Journey’.
Then, the conference will divide into two streams focused on ‘Delivering for the new generation passenger’ and ‘Succeeding in the green revolution’, offering delegates the opportunity to sit in on discussions and panels on topics about new generation passengers, their expectations for digitalisation in the aircraft cabin as well as sustainability initiatives.
The passenger-focused stream will feature sessions from passenger physical comfort to revolutionising air travel for passengers with reduced mobility, as well as from low-cost digitalisation models to the expectations of the new digital customer.
The sustainability stream will feature sessions including ‘Behind the scenes: Boeing’s cabin sustainability journey’, ‘Evolving sustainability initiatives’, ‘Energising cabin waste’ as well as ‘Planning for a low-impact future’, discussing how the industry can implement strategies to meet net zero carbon goals and transform sustainability in the aircraft cabin.
“Every year we’re delighted to provide a platform for who’s who of the industry to come together and immerse themselves in the latest insights and ideas from those at the forefront of enhancing passenger experience,” said Polly Magraw, Event Director, Aircraft Interiors Expo.
“With such a high calibre of speakers offering their expertise and experience, we’re confident that delegates will be inundated with opportunities to learn, network and do business. Without doubt, Passenger Experience Conference will serve as the catalyst for the future of the industry,” added Magraw.
