PCL to build mixed-use property in Jacksonville, Fla.

PCL Construction this year will oversee construction of a mixed-use riverfront development in Jacksonville, Fla., with 176 hotel rooms, 25 luxury condominiums and a six-story Class A office building, according to Shad Khan’s Iguana Investments. The five-star development will be built with $114 million in support from the city and at least $301 million in investment from Khan and Iguana.
