Podcast: Chef finds new opportunity during the pandemic

Before he took a job running hotel foodservice at the Ritz-Carlton group, chef Willis Loughhead had a fast-paced career in the kitchens of trendy eateries in South Florida and the Northeast. Right before the pandemic hit, he was preparing to shift gears again to hotel management, but instead ended up taking over the kitchen at a New Jersey country club.
