Surging tourism in Puerto Rico has stirred reports that some of the island’s premier hotels may change hands. Hedge fund manager John Paulson, a major investor in Puerto Rico real estate, is said to be sizing up the market for Condado Vanderbilt Hotel and La Concha Renaissance San Juan Resort.
