The Canadian requirement that incoming air passengers quarantine at designated — and expensive — hotels has pushed Canadians returning home to fly into a US airport near the border and take automotive transportation from there, allowing them to quarantine at home. This requirement has created a huge business opportunity for taxi services in places such as Buffalo, N.Y.
