Report: How tech companies can improve diversity

A report from career website Dice, which surveyed more than 9,000 technologists, finds that more than half of women working in tech have experienced gender discrimination, while Black people in tech report more racial discrimination than other groups. While the tech industry has begun to address diversity issues, there is more work to be done, including creating an inclusive and supportive culture, the report says.
