Report shows racial disparities in D&I ratings

A Glassdoor Economic Research report showed Black employees gave their workplaces an average diversity and inclusion rating of 3.49 out of 5 stars, compared with 3.73 stars among all workers, according to Tech Republic. The average rating was 3.98 stars among Asian workers and 3.80 stars among Hispanic workers. The study said there are no “one-size-fits-all” solutions for employers trying to increase diversity and inclusion.
