Report: Trump D.C. hotel near change of hands

Former President Donald Trump is close to a deal to sell leasing rights to his flagship Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., according to sources. He is expected to reap far less that the $500 million his company reportedly sought in 2019 when it tried to sell the rights to the property, which is owned by the federal government.
