Return of E.U. limits on US travelers announced

Three European Union officials said Sunday that the E.U. is poised to advise members top re-impose travel restrictions on visitors from the US in response to the coronavirus surge here. The US as of Monday will be removed from a “safe list” of countries whose residents may enter the E.U.’s 27 nations without additional strictures such as quarantines and testing, the officials said.
