With the integration of IBS Software’s cutting-edge technology, Royal Caribbean Group will enhance its bundling and selling services. This includes the ability for guests to conveniently book flights, hotels, and transfers along with their cruise packages. Moreover, the technology is designed to offer personalized services to guests, such as tailored offers, credits, and loyalty rewards, all accessible through an integrated guest wallet.

Martha Poulter, Chief Information Officer at Royal Caribbean Group, emphasized the importance of continuous innovation in providing new and differentiated guest experiences. She highlighted that the adoption of the latest cloud-based retail systems will offer greater flexibility and ease in booking and customizing travel experiences.
