DealPoint Merrill purchased the remaining 36 acres of Ohio’s 69-acre Richmond Town Square, clearing the way for the demolition of the mall for a $200 million mixed-use development. Belle Oaks Marketplace a four-story apartment building, a four-story hotel and 10,000 square feet of retail space.
