Saudi Arabia to launch new airline called ‘RIA’

Saudi Arabia has announced it is to launch a new airline tipped to be called ‘RIA’. The airline, set to launch in Q4, is part of the country’s $100 billion tourism investment.

A CEO is yet to be appointed.

The new airline will become Saudi’s second national carrier, based out of Riyadh. The current Saudia operates from Jeddah.
