Seattle hotel dessert inspired by ghost story

In Seattle’s Hotel Sorrento, Carolynn Spence, the executive chef at Stella’s, shared that a ghost story about spirits wandering the halls was the inspiration for her latest dessert. Spence said she was intrigued by Alice B. Toklas ghost stories and created the Chocolate Pot de Creme with a hemp cookie in honor of her.
