Selina, the edgy hotel chain favored by digital nomads, is extending its innovative thrust to dining, adding plant-based alternatives to all its restaurant menus. The global firm, operating mostly in Latin America, has a fully plant-based eatery in London and will launch the new feature this month in Tel Aviv.
