Shake Shack commits to 30% POC in corporate by 2025

Shake Shack has announced its diversity and inclusion goals, committing to 30% BIPOC in its corporate office, 50% BIPOC in leadership roles and gender parity at the executive and store levels by 2025. Currently, over three-quarters of the chain’s employees are people of color, and over half are women.
