A Sacramento, Calif., startup called plans to join the space travel privatization craze by opening a luxury resort in the upper atmosphere in 2027, complete with restaurant, gym and cinema for 280 guests. “I think it’s going to be a normal thing, where your mom went to space, your dad went to space,” says Tim Alatorre of Orbital Assembly Corp.
