Some Disney hotel rooms in Fla. to become timeshares

Walt Disney World Resort is moving to increase revenue and bolster occupancy by converting some rooms at its Grand Floridian Resort hotel to timeshares. The Big Pine Key building will add 200 studio suites under the Disney Vacation Club company.
