Some farmers skeptical about $4B debt relief plan

The American Rescue Plan includes $4 billion to provide debt relief for farmers who are Black, Hispanic or otherwise classified as socially disadvantaged, a promise some skeptical farmers say they’ve heard too often before to take at face value. “That deep distrust was built over years.
