Southwest Airlines is awarding 16 hours of bonus pay to most employees and pay for 13 trip segments for pilots and flight attendants who get vaccinated against COVID-19 by Nov. 15. The airline is also limiting pay guarantees for workers affected by the virus to those who are vaccinated.
