Southwest brings 2,700 flight attendants back to work

Southwest Airlines is recalling more than 2,700 flight attendants, putting its whole roster back to work. “The intended flight attendant recall, as with the recent pilot recall, is to position Southwest for planned flight increases in the summer schedule,” based on “improvements in leisure travel demand that the airline recently reported,” said Southwest spokesman Brian Parrish.
