Southwest passengers leave Hawaii with ukuleles

Passengers on a Sept. 16 Southwest Airlines flight to Hawaii were surprised with the gift of a ukulele and a lesson provided by the Guitar Center. “I’ve taught students through Guitar Center Lessons since 2014, but never in an airplane,” said Alexandra Windsor, the educational affairs specialist for Guitar Center Lessons. “Surprise and delight events are a unique way to create memorable experiences,” said Brandy King, Southwest’s senior director of public relations.
