Southwest ramp agent volunteers to bring holiday joy

Ramp agent Bill Baracani exemplifies the giving spirit of Southwest Airlines crew members, having supported the Salvation Army’s holiday initiative for nearly 20 years. He has volunteered more than 4,000 hours at the charity’s Christmas warehouse, including sorting donated gifts destined for needy families.
