Southwest releases 2020 social responsibility report

In its 2020 corporate social responsibility report, Southwest Airlines is linking its own goals for the first time to Sustainability Accounting Standards Board and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The airline’s report also highlights environmental initiatives that reduce emissions, increase fuel efficiency and decrease waste.
