Southwest staff returns letters left on a flight

After Rachel DeGolia left a folder of family letters dating back to the 1940s on a flight, Southwest Airlines employees realized the collection was something special and worked to track down the family. “We were so thankful and relieved to find out that the Southwest baggage staff saved the letters from our mother,” DeGolia said.
