Entrepreneur magazine celebrates Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, spotlighting the resilient spirit of Asian small business owners, and how their love of country and tradition informs the way they run their businesses. “Respecting tradition means involving the people that came before you,” said Lucas Sin, chef and partner at NYC’s Nice Day Chinese. “In my case, as a chef developing dishes, it’s how I can learn dishes from them, but also how to actually run the restaurant.”
