Major hotel companies in Europe are setting aside experience and qualification requirements in the face of critical worker shortages converging with resurgent tourism. “We’re having people interviewed with no resume, no prior job experience and they are hired within 24 hours,” says Sebastien Bazin, CEO of Accor, the continent’s largest hotel chain.
