Strong hotel occupancy rise forecast beyond 2022

A new study by Moody’s Analytics CRE projects steady growth for hotel occupancy into 2023, followed by a leveling off into stability. Higher-end accommodations will lead the way, the report says, and business travel will continue its comeback, though that sector’s return to pre-pandemic performance remains distant.
