Study cites travel as star player in economic rebound

Revitalization of global travel will play a key role in economic recovery from a pandemic that affected an estimated 174 million jobs in the sector, according to a new study. The Social Impact Paper published by the World Travel & Tourism Council and the nonprofit Social Progress Imperative concludes that travel and tourism enrich communities more rapidly than the overall economy.
