Study: Hospitality fails to further Black representation

Castell Project’s 2022 Black Representation in Hospitality Industry Leadership report suggests that industry’s C-suite commitment to increasing the share of Black employee representation may have just been all talk, with data revealing not only a failed attempt at any gains but also actual losses in Black representation. “Without diversity we are merely one more sector in a long list of industries,” said John Delozier, Nittany Hotel Management vice president of operations.
