Study: Women make strides in hospitality C-suite

The Castell Project’s 2022 Women in Hospitality Industry Leadership study revealed that women have gained a slight increase in executive roles within the hospitality industry, holding one in every 10.3 lead positions that men hold compared to 2019’s 11.2 mean. “Recognition of the value and importance of diverse leadership is now widespread, so we expect these trends to accelerate,” said Castell Project Chair Peggy Berg.
