Vaccinated travelers more interested in precautions

A survey by Airports Council International (ACI) found that respondents are increasingly willing to travel by air, but people who are vaccinated against COVID-19 are warier, and more concerned about airline and airport precautions, than unvaccinated people. “COVID-19 has caused substantial changes in human behavior and provoked a whole new set of expectations affecting how products and services should be delivered and experienced, and the airport sector is no exception,” said ACI World Director General Luis Felipe de Oliveira.
