A refreshing drink at Superfrico

No matter what you’re craving – whether it be a delicious, mind-bending meal or a tasty shake at three in the morning – when you stay at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you can find some of the best flavors, without even leaving the property.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas features twenty-six different dining options, ranging from experimental and psychedelic to unique fusions of beloved cuisines, comfort foods and more.

Breakfast
Whether you’ll be sleeping off the night before and having breakfast in the afternoon or getting up early to snag the perfect poolside cabana, The Cosmopolitan offers several great dining choices for breakfast.

Overlook Grill is located right near the Boulevard Pool, making it a great place to catch a quick bite to eat before heading out to work on your tan or swim some laps. The Henry is a great sit-down breakfast location, but the gold standard for all-day breakfasts is Eggslut, an egg-centric cafe that really invests in the love of all things breakfast, all day long!

For a quick espresso and pastry, there’s always Starbucks or the Italian-themed Va Bene Caffè. Guests wanting a healthier option can enjoy The Juice Standard, which offers cold-pressed juices and milk alternatives.

Lunch
Fuel up for the busy afternoon ahead with some of The Cosmopolitan’s coolest dining options.

Guests who love international cuisine will love sitting down to eat at Wicked Spoon, a buffet-style restaurant serving colorful cuisines. Bang Bar by Momofuku is an Asian-themed spot for lunch on the go featuring spit-roasted meats and rice bowls. China Poblano is a unique fusion of beloved Mexican and Chinese cuisines, which is not to be missed during your stay at The Cosmopolitan.

For comfort food, guests can enjoy Lardo, inside Block 16 urban food hall, specializing in deliciously designed sandwiches, or Southern-style Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, which is well-known for serving Nashville-style hot chicken.

Dinner
Dinner is when dining at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas really shines.

The must-eat restaurant out of them all is the newest, called Superfrico. Considered an “Italian American Psychedelic” style of dining, the restaurant is an experience in itself, featuring a rotating collection of colorful art within close proximity to The Cosmopolitan’s OPIUM theater.

The dishes, which combine American and Italian classics in an interesting way, are also not to be missed, like chicken parmesan pizza.

Celebrate your first night in Las Vegas with a meal at Superfrico, followed by a performance at OPIUM.

Other dining options for dinner include é Jaleo by José Andrés, which serves imaginative twists on beloved Spanish dishes, Momofuku by David Chang and many more.

No matter what you crave during your stay at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you’ll find a restaurant to satisfy.
