Together by Hyatt launches first Event Experience Guides
Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s Together by Hyatt event planning program has a new way to help event planners find resources like menus, sustainability practices, well-being experiences, event spaces and more, with an online platform called Event Experiences Guides which is launching on March 31, 2023.
The Event Experiences Guides offer property-specific planning resources, such as real-time information, resources about key necessities such as capacity charts and floorplans of event spaces, curated food and beverage menus, hotel-specific Sustainability Fact Sheets, well-being experience options and time-saving Event Success Guidelines.
The online platforms will be available at select U.S. properties including all Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Andaz, Park Hyatt, Thompson Hotels and Hyatt Centric properties. In July 2023, the Event Experiences Guides will launch for JdV by Hyatt, Destination by Hyatt, Alila and The Unbound Collection by Hyatt properties in the U.S.
Hyatt hotels in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific regions will roll out this new platform by the end of the year. Hyatt Place and Hyatt House properties will launch this platform in 2024.
“We aspire to be the hospitality brand of creativity, flexibility and care, and our Event Experience Guides are created with the intention of simplifying event planning and execution by making information accessible in one convenient location, ensuring our meeting planners and attendees feel that they are at the center and in booking with us, their event will exceed expectations,” said Steve Enselein, senior vice president, events, Hyatt. “Inspired by Hyatt’s World of Care platform, planners will learn about how they can work with a hotel to make their event more sustainable. We look forward to helping planners incorporate their sustainability vision and goals into their events.”
Event planners should reach out to a specific property’s events team to gain access to the new guides.
