Transportation Security Administration Administrator David Pekoske said he expects Thanksgiving week passenger volumes to approach pre-pandemic levels and urged travelers to plan ahead. “Thanksgiving is going to be busy. It always is. It’s our busiest time of the year. We expect to be very close to the travel volumes that we saw pre-pandemic,” Pekoske said. “My best advice to travelers is plan for a little bit more time and be patient. Everybody wants to travel. Everybody wants to have a good experience.”
