TSA: Face covering refusal could draw $1,500 fine

The Transportation Security Administration is suggesting that people refusing to comply with face covering requirements on airlines and in airports be fined $250 for a first offense, increasing to as much $1,500 for repeat offenders. “Based on substantial aggravating or mitigating factors, TSA may seek a sanction amount that falls outside these ranges,” the agency said.
