TSA to extend federal mask mandate to Jan. 2022
The Transportation Security Administration has confirmed plans to extend its order that travelers on commercial aircraft and public transportation wear face coverings through Jan. 18, 2022. Airlines for America stated that airlines would enforce the federal mandate in collaboration with the FAA and TSA “as they have done for months.
