Universities to research sustainable fuel with FAA grant

Five universities have been selected by the Federal Aviation Administration to research sustainable aviation fuel feedstocks in various regions of the country. University of Hawaii, University of Tennessee, Washington State University, Purdue University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology will receive grants totaling more than $1.4 million for the project.
