Upbeat travel market sage favors Expedia over Airbnb

Analyst Thomas Champion of the Piper Sandler financial services group has given a thumbs-up to Expedia Group’s stocks and a thumbs-down to Airbnb’s as he projects steady recovery in the travel market. Consumers, he says, have become “increasingly ‘desensitized’ to virus headlines, suggesting entry into an endemic phase versus a pandemic.”
