US jet fuel inventories dive to multiyear lows

Reduced jet fuel production in October and rebounding demand caused US jet fuel inventories to plunge to their lowest level since late 2014 on Nov. 26, according to the Energy Information Administration. Jet fuel demand has recovered to within 20% of the 1.74-million-barrel-per-day pre-pandemic average in the weeks since mid-August, EIA data show.
