Vail Resorts prioritize D&I with women leaders

Colorado-based Vail Resorts is leading on the diversity and inclusion front in the ski industry by empowering women to lead at seven of its resorts, while also ensuring that 44% of its corporate board and 45% of its executive leadership are comprised of women. “Inclusivity comes from the top down and peer to peer; both as a leader and a teammate, I am happy to see more women in leadership roles and ultimately leveling the playing field,” said Beaver Creek Director of Ski Patrol Addy McCord.
