VICI Properties has expanded its gaming-sector holdings during the past four years, and it will have 45 properties in 15 states once two major acquisitions close. The company has sought to diversify its tenant base and its geographic holdings, President John Payne said. “Not only do we have numerous tenants and will continue to add to our roster, but we’re buying real estate all over the United States,” Payne said.
