Visit Florida Announces New Dates for 2024 Florida Huddle and Encounter

VISIT FLORIDA, the official tourism arm for the state of Florida, has announced new dates and times for its annual Florida Huddle and Encounter event.

It will still be held in Miami and Miami Beach next year. But instead of a summer event, it has been changed to Feb. 4-6. Hosted in partnership with Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, the event will also remain at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

The date change will certainly please event-goers who are looking for a little winter R&R. There’s no doubt that Miami can get awfully hot at the end of July.

Florida Huddle is the Sunshine State’s Official Travel Trade Show, showcasing the best of Florida to international and domestic tour operators, wholesalers and media with one-on-one-appointments, educational sessions, and networking. Florida partners that typically attend are CVBs, hotels, resorts, attractions, and theme parks.

Florida Encounter will take place in conjunction with Florida Huddle 2024. Encounter features appointments between fully hosted, qualified planners with proven business for Florida and Florida suppliers.
